About Us
This company was established in 2001 and was taken over by DAWN BOTHA in 2015 when the name changed to Botha Attorneys.
We have made our mark in the administration of estates in a very short time and are one of a hand full of firms administering estate on behalf a large commercial bank. We often receive appointments from the Master of the High Court and colleges, based on our excellent service and knowledge.
We believe in retaining a small, but highly effective staff compliment, thereby limiting overheads which enables us to provide our clients with competitive rates to our services. The advantage of our central location makes it easy to attend to property transfers and Administration of Deceased estate in all provinces.

About Us
The director of the firm is DAWN BOTHA who holds a B. Juris and LLB degree from the PU for CHE ( now known as the NWU) as well as an advanced post graduate diploma in the Administration of Estates from UNISA which she achieved Cum Laude.
She specialises in property law and deceased estates.
Having done her articles in Roodepoort she was admitted as an attorney in 1995, a conveyancer in 1996 and a Notary Public in 1997. She gained specialised property law experience in Johannesburg from 1996 to 2007, specialising in sectional title developments, opening of township registers and township developments, cluster developments and low cost housing. This goes hand in hand with subdivision and consolidation of land and registration of various servitudes.
In 2015 she broadened her horizons to the law of Succession and has made her mark in this field of law so much so that she often receives referrals from colleges and the Master of the High Court.
In the estates department we have a diverse staff contingent with more than 20 years experience in the administration of estates who can serve clients in various languages to cater for all our their needs. This department is lead by Joey Schoeman who has been with the firm for 20 years. She is assisted by Karla Jansen, Bennita Louw and Maki Molefe.
The Conveyancing department has a dynamic team with secretary Ilse Bekker who operates under the guidance of Dawn Botha who has more than 20 years experience in conveyancing.
